A1 Brothers General Construction is a family-operated general contractor providing custom kitchens, luxury bathrooms, finished basements, finish carpentry, exterior and deck work, and whole-home renovations in the Pennsylvania suburbs, New Jersey, and Delaware.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, our website by any third party. All content, including text, images, logos, project photos, and the A1 Brothers name, is owned by or licensed to A1 Brothers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Information submitted through our contact form, phone, email, or text message is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or provide an estimate. Estimates are not binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing, timelines, and project scope shown on the website are illustrative and subject to a formal proposal.

The following terms apply to the A1 Brothers SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number to A1 Brothers and opting in, you agree to these SMS terms.

a. Program Description

A1 Brothers General Construction sends SMS text messages related to consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, follow-ups, and responses to questions you have asked us. This is a customer care messaging program, not a recurring marketing program.

b. How to Opt In

You opt in by submitting your mobile phone number through our website contact form, by providing it during a phone or in-person conversation, or by texting us first at +1 (267) 266-3426. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from A1 Brothers at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

c. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your project. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis.

d. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. A1 Brothers does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.

e. How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscribe. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You can opt back in by texting START to the same number, or by providing your consent again through our website or in person.

g. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major U.S. wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

h. Privacy

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. A1 Brothers makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's operation, accuracy, or availability. Construction services are governed exclusively by the written contract signed between A1 Brothers and the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Brothers, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or your participation in our SMS program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 Brothers General Contractor LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
